Shermaine joined Roland Tay Organisation in 2008 as a rookie Financial Planner. Through her determination, she achieved HSBC Life's 1st Runner Up Rookie Advisor award in the first year.

By upholding high standards for herself and her growing team, she achieved Top FSM as well as consecutive Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) throughout the years and Court of the Table (COT) in 2020, 2021 and 2023. Shermaine 's strong guidance and beliefs, brings her team to greater heights with greater achievements.

Eugene Ting started his career with RTO in 2017 after his national service, upon graduating from Saint Andrews Junior College.

 

He achieved his Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in the first 2 months after attaining his license. Set a record for the youngest 3 times MDRT achiever in AXA to achieve this accolade.

 

Eugene has also embarked as a trainer and mentor to new advisors in RTO. He has groomed multiple new advisors to attain awards within their first year in the industry.

Prior to joining HSBC Life, Edwin was a Senior Officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). As an experienced Senior Officer of 22 years, he has been selected for numerous international trainings and exchanges.

One of his own records was closing of 53 cases within his first month of work at HSBC Life. He is grateful to Honorary Director Roland Tay for his successes as well as a successful career transition.
